The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (fulfillment of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures). You can revoke the use of your voluntary information and your consent to the use of photos at any time with future effect by contacting the DGIM at www.dgim.de/kontakt or in writing to DGIM e.V., Irenenstrasse 1, 65189 Wiesbaden. The relevant data will then be deleted.

If you are not selected as the winner, the collected data will be deleted after one year at the latest. The winner's data collected will be further stored and processed in the association's archives based on our legitimate interest.
